Week 11-13: Reserach from book

(Gleeson, J 1945)

In this picture there is somekind of human side, but they are messed up all around the place. The eye, hand, and the mouth, it makes the feeling of a monster/evil thing. I think this is all about the surrealism.

In this picture, there are a combination of animal and people, and make it somekind of a strange look. The colour in this picture also not very contrasting, warm, and dark. The shape are using the human shape and animal shape.

This picture also identical with the evil side. A woman with no face make the viewer thing about a strange feeling. Also there is a ladder in this picture which show us that in surrealism there are no bound. The artist are free to express thing, it doesn't have to be a realistic.

This image has a warm colour. There are many sahpes in this image. There are a human shape, a numbers, and the head of this image is a leaves. This also shows us about freedom of making the image. The size of the numbers become smaller, it represents the numbers are getting away.
