Week3

I decided to analyse the pirates one. the designers approaches to designing for education is, the design itself have a look and feel of the era of pirates, which the book seems old, and a bit damaged. The paper of the book in that design is not a pure white. It is a brown colour. The designers meet the objective very well. The user, for example myself, I feel like that I'm reading the original book of the Pirates Era. And also I've look at the map itself, it is so much different with today's map. They succeed to engage me to curious, and want to know more about it then about conveying the information, they also succeeded, because I as the user's perspective understand what's going on in it. It is a narrative story, First they start with zooming a book, then flipping the book until the end of the book.The techniques that they used is a narrative techniques.
